Are CIMU E'ER products made in Jingdezhen?CIMU E’ER 的产品是否产自景德镇?+
Yes. Our porcelain is made in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi, China, using locally sourced kaolin porcelain body and our workshop network of makers.是的。我们的瓷器在中国江西景德镇制作,使用本地高岭土瓷胎,并由合作工坊匠人完成。
What materials do you use?使用什么材质?+
Most collections use high-fired Jingdezhen kaolin porcelain and tested food-safe glazes. Material details are listed on each product page.大多数系列使用高温烧制的景德镇高岭土瓷与经测试的食品级釉料。具体材质会标注于产品页。
What is your MOQ?起订量是多少?+
Stock products can be ordered in small quantities. Typical custom OEM MOQ is 100–500 pieces, depending on shape, process and decoration.现货产品支持小批量采购。定制 OEM 的常规起订量为100–500件,视器型、工艺和装饰而定。
How long does production and shipping take?生产与发货需要多久?+
Stock goods usually dispatch in 7–15 days. Custom orders usually take 35–60 days after sample approval. Transit time depends on your destination and freight method.现货通常7–15天发出。定制订单在样品确认后通常需35–60天。运输时间取决于目的地与货运方式。
How are fragile ceramic items packed?易碎瓷器如何包装?+
Each piece is individually protected, then packed in reinforced export cartons. We can also follow your retail packaging and carton-mark requirements.每件产品均单独防护,并使用加强型出口纸箱包装。也可配合您的零售包装与外箱唛头要求。
What happens if goods arrive damaged?若到货破损如何处理?+
Please take clear photos of the damaged item, inner protection and outer carton within 7 days of delivery. We will review the claim and agree on an appropriate replacement or credit solution.请在签收后7天内提供破损产品、内包装和外箱的清晰照片。我们会审核情况,并协商补发或退款方案。
Can you add our logo or develop a new shape?可以加 Logo 或开发新器型吗?+
Yes. We offer logo engraving, decals, surface treatments, custom glazes, new molds and full OEM/ODM development. An NDA can be arranged before sharing confidential materials.可以。支持 Logo 刻印、贴花、表面工艺、定制釉色、新模开发及完整OEM/ODM服务。分享保密资料前可签署NDA。
Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?需要支付进口关税或税费吗?+
Import duty, VAT/GST and local clearance charges are normally the buyer’s responsibility. We provide commercial documents required for customs clearance, but recommend confirming local rules with your broker.进口关税、增值税/消费税与当地清关费用通常由买方承担。我们提供清关所需商业文件,但建议您与当地货代或报关行确认规则。
Do you accept returns?支持退换货吗?+
Eligible retail stock items may be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy. Custom and made-to-order items are generally non-returnable unless there is a verified quality issue.符合条件的零售现货可按《退货与退款政策》申请退货。定制和按单制作产品除确认的质量问题外,通常不支持退货。
