1. Order processing and production
Stock items generally require 7–15 business days before dispatch. Made-to-order and custom ceramic orders generally require 35–60 days after sample or artwork approval. Timing is indicative and may vary with order complexity, kiln schedules, material availability and public holidays.
2. Shipping methods
We can arrange express courier, air freight, sea freight or work with your nominated freight forwarder. Available methods, estimated transit times and costs are confirmed in your quotation or proforma invoice before payment.
3. Export packing
Ceramic pieces are individually protected and packed in reinforced export cartons. Retail-ready inner boxes, palletization, carton marks and other packing specifications can be quoted for trade and custom orders.
4. Duties, taxes and customs
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the buyer is responsible for import duties, VAT/GST, local taxes, customs clearance charges and any fees imposed in the destination country. We provide standard commercial documents needed for export and customs clearance.
5. Delivery and tracking
Tracking details are shared when available. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates, not guarantees. CIMU E'ER is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, incorrect delivery information, force majeure or events outside our reasonable control.
6. Damaged shipments
Please inspect your delivery promptly. If damage is visible, retain all packaging and contact us within 7 days with photographs of the item, inner protection, outer carton and shipping label. See our Return & Refund Policy for the claim process.
