1. Eligible retail returns
Unopened, unused stock items may be eligible for return within 14 days of confirmed delivery, subject to written authorization from CIMU E'ER. The customer is responsible for return shipping and safe repacking unless the return results from our verified error or a verified product defect.
2. Non-returnable items
Made-to-order pieces, custom OEM/ODM products, personalized or logo-applied items, samples produced for approval, sale items and products damaged after delivery through misuse are not eligible for return except where required by applicable law or where a verified manufacturing defect exists.
3. Damage and quality claims
Notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs or video of the affected product, all internal protective packing, outer carton and shipping label. Do not discard packaging before we review the claim. We may request additional information or a carrier inspection where applicable.
4. Resolutions
For approved claims, the appropriate resolution may include replacement, repair, partial credit, refund or a credit toward a future order. The remedy depends on the nature of the issue, order type, available inventory and carrier responsibility.
5. Refund timing
When a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method where practical. Processing times vary by financial institution. Original shipping, customs, duty and return freight costs are non-refundable unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
